Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing the ReplyGuy Chrome extension or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use ReplyGuy. These Terms form a binding contract between you and ReplyGuy (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Description of Service

ReplyGuy is a Chrome extension that uses AI to generate draft replies within LinkedIn and Gmail. Replies are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for reviewing and sending any message.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReplyGuy. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at trent@zeroclickdev.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReplyGuy to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing content
• Violate LinkedIn’s or Gmail’s terms of service
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscription & Billing

ReplyGuy offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

7. AI-Generated Content

Replies generated by ReplyGuy are AI suggestions. We do not guarantee their accuracy, tone, or appropriateness for any specific context. You are fully responsible for the content of any message you send. Do not send a reply you have not reviewed.

8. AI Usage & Model Rights

All plans, including paid plans, are subject to AI usage limits that we set and may adjust at our discretion. Usage limits may be based on the number of replies generated, requests per day, or other metrics as determined by us.

We guarantee that subscribers on a paid plan will have access to AI reply generation for the duration of their active subscription. However, we reserve the right to change, replace, or update the underlying AI model(s) powering the service at any time without notice. Such changes do not constitute a material change to your subscription and are not grounds for a refund.

Free plan usage is provided at our sole discretion and may be throttled, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

ReplyGuy and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any ReplyGuy IP. You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input.

10. Disclaimers

ReplyGuy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyGuy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages from messages sent using AI-generated replies. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the extension at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Third-Party Platform Compliance

ReplyGuy is designed to assist you in drafting replies, but it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the service complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and acceptable use policies of any third-party platform, including LinkedIn and Gmail.

If your account on any third-party platform is suspended, restricted, banned, or otherwise penalised as a result of content you sent using ReplyGuy — whether AI-generated or otherwise — we bear no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any such action or its consequences. You assume all risk associated with how you use AI-generated suggestions on third-party platforms.
