1. Overview
ReplyGuy (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the ReplyGuy Chrome extension and this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you choose, your name.
Message context (transient). To generate a reply, the extension temporarily sends the visible message or email thread to our API. This content is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after the response is returned.
Voice & tone settings. If you configure a custom writing style or persona, that preference is stored in association with your account so it can be applied to future replies.
Usage data. We collect aggregate, anonymised metrics (e.g. number of replies generated, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not link this data to the content of any individual message.
Payment information. Billing is handled by Stripe. ReplyGuy never sees or stores your full card number. We receive only a payment token and basic billing details from Stripe.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI replies on your behalf
- To manage your account and subscription
- To communicate product updates and support responses
- To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
- To improve and develop ReplyGuy features
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- AI providers — message context is sent to our AI model provider solely to generate your reply.
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, logging, and monitoring services that are contractually bound to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Message content used to generate replies is not stored after the API response is delivered. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing trent@zeroclickdev.ai.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at trent@zeroclickdev.ai.
8. Children
ReplyGuy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the extension. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
